Superdog was originally an ordinary little hunting dog serving in the police force. However, due to a serious error during a mission, it was discharged. The little dog, now on the streets, was captured by an animal research institute, where the evil Dr. Simon (played by Peter Dinklage) conducted experiments on stray dogs, hoping to create a super dog.
