In a nightclub teeming with pulsating beats and chaotic revelers, Elena (Emma Fitzpatrick) witnesses her boyfriend cheating and inadvertently flips a switch, transforming the pleasure palace into a meat-grinding hell where countless men and women are slaughtered. The corpse collector (Randall Archer) watches this bloody and brutal scene unfold and ultimately captures Elena. In the midst of the chaos, the battle-worn Akin (Josh Stewart) manages to escape. While he is receiving treatment in the hospital, the police, at the behest of a wealthy man, come to him, requesting that he find Elena within 48 hours.
