In the late 22nd century, an unknown alien organism known as "Gamilas" occupies Mars and continuously launches planet bombs containing strong radioactive materials toward Earth, resulting in countless casualties for humanity, pushing them to the brink of extinction and forcing them to seek refuge underground. At this critical moment, humanity forms a space fleet to embark on a mission to Mars, but nearly the entire force is wiped out.
