In a residential area, Finn (Matt O'Leary) and Joseph (George Finn), who are responsible for various maintenance tasks in the apartments, are a pair of poor but close friends. One day, Finn's girlfriend Kelly (Danielle Panabaker) visits their place. Upon learning that Mr. Bay, who lives next door, hasn't left his apartment for a long time, Kelly volunteers to check on him, only to return with a shocked expression. It turns out Mr. Bay has been missing, and his room is covered with Polaroid photos of three people. A strange machine in the window is pointed at Finn and Joseph's room. Soon, they discover that this machine is a camera that can capture future events. They find Mr. Bay's body, but due to the camera's nature, they keep this incident a secret. The young people unintentionally gain the ability to glimpse into the future, igniting their restless hearts...
