In a residential area, Finn (Matt O'Leary) and Joseph (George Finn), who are responsible for various maintenance tasks in the apartments, are a pair of poor but close friends. One day, Finn's girlfriend Kelly (Danielle Panabaker) visits their place. Upon learning that Mr. Bay, who lives next door, hasn't left his apartment for a long time, Kelly volunteers to check on him, only to return with a shocked expression.
