Four years ago in New York City, a virus spread by cockroaches caused a plague that nearly exterminated children in the city. Entomologist Li Mei (played by Alix Koromzay), who teaches in a public school, devised a method of attack by using poison against poison: she developed a new breed of cockroach named "Jew" using the DNA of ants and termites. By employing the special secretions within "Jew" to eliminate the bodily fluids of cockroaches, she used them as bait to betray their own kind. The "Jew" infiltrated the filthy habitats of cockroaches and wiped out the infected ones, ultimately controlling the virus. The destruction plan seemed unprecedentedly successful, and humanity believed that the stubborn cockroaches had become extinct four years later. However, not all "Jews" died within the expected lifespan of over a hundred days; some evolved into a new species. This super-intelligent breed of cockroach can mimic humans, killing them and wearing their skin, donning coats, and walking on their hind legs. They hide in Li Mei's dilapidated school and the dark subway tunnels. Meanwhile, several victims of brutal murders were all Li Mei’s ex-boyfriends, making her the prime suspect in the eyes of the police. They dispatched the overconfident agent Karasiki to investigate Li Mei. Initially skeptical of her, Karasiki couldn't believe that the average-sized Li Mei had the strength to tear off her ex-boyfriends’ skin after killing them and hang their bodies on tall lamp posts. The largest and invincible cockroaches have once again transformed into murderous monsters, posing a definite threat to the safety of all humanity, and Li Mei had no choice but to fight back again!
