Boxer Charlie and his coach travel to Japan for a competition, where they meet the local gang leader Yokota of the Yamaguchi group and his daughter Koyoko. Yokota is killed in a gang fight, and his wife Hiroko takes over. For safety, she sends Koyoko to Hong Kong to be looked after by Charlie. After being pressured by the Okawa group, Hiroko seeks help from Charlie, who turns to Ricky and Wang San. They ultimately decide to exchange drugs for weapons to provide for Hiroko in Japan.
