On the surface, Fire Qilin (played by Peng Jiansi) is a petty thug aimlessly wandering the streets all day, but in reality, his true identity is an informant working for the police. In an accident, Fire Qilin discovers very important information and is subsequently killed by the crazed gangster Da Sang.
