At a slaughterhouse in Texas, a plump female worker is cutting meat on a chopping board when she suddenly feels severe abdominal pain; she is in labor and gives birth to a deformed child, which she abandons in a trash can, later to be rescued by a janitor. Years later, a group of young people drive past this location.
