The developer Zeng Xiaozhi (played by Zeng Zhiwei) is smooth-talking and tells many lies to buy properties. His competitor Hong Daba (played by Hung Kam-bo) is equally relentless. Under the connection of their agent Keung (played by Jacky Cheung), they become both enemies and friends. Zeng Xiaozhi learns that the Kuwaiti prince Alibaba (played by Lam Shiung) is about to arrive in Hong Kong, and the prince holds a massive development plan to rebuild homes after the Gulf War.
