Extreme sports expert Zhao Feng (played by Wang Dalu) accidentally stumbles into an international crime deal and has to follow international agent (Milla Jovovich) to Budapest. There, he teams up with a bumbling detective Miao Miao (played by Zhang Rongrong), a grassroots scientist Ding Shan (played by Xu Weizhou), and an unemployed doctor LV (played by Liu Meitong) to form an amateur agent squad.
