After the Cold War, the agency faced the danger of being disbanded, but this largest espionage organization in America still carried an important mission. However, the agency's headquarters recently suffered a sudden attack, putting agents at risk of having their identities exposed. This includes Agent 23 (Dwayne Johnson), who is as strong as an ox and exceptionally skilled.
