The film tells the story of a driver, Ma Xiaojun, who has been transporting mentally ill patients for years. During one transport, he accidentally leaves a patient outside his lover's shop. Out of desperation and fear of taking responsibility, Ma Xiaojun and Xiao Feng come up with a clever idea—using one of Xiao Feng's customers as a substitute for the mentally ill patient to take to the hospital.
