Mini Mo (played by Sammi Cheng) suffers from the blow of a breakup and loses control of her diet, causing her weight to rise to 260 pounds, losing her once slender figure. She made a promise to meet her first love, Hekawa, in Japan ten years later, but she feels deeply inferior about her changed appearance. By chance, she meets a very overweight man (played by Andy Lau), who sympathizes with her and decides to help her regain her figure. He uses extreme methods to train Mini, and in order to help her successfully lose weight, he earns extra money by boxing on the street to afford her sessions at a professional beauty salon. This deeply touches Mini.
Before Mini regains her original appearance and goes to the meeting, Hekawa proposes to her, but she cannot forget the man who silently supported her and hopes to reunite with him one day.
