The rich second-generation Li Wangfeng (portrayed by Zou Wenzheng) becomes embroiled in a hit-and-run cover-up case. As the only witness, Meng Ziliang (portrayed by Hu Yaohui) is vague and ambiguous about the incident. Liu Menglong (portrayed by Zheng Zhongji) is the undercover agent in charge of investigating the case, and it just so happens that Meng Ziliang is his childhood playmate.
