During the Southern Song Dynasty, the old wolf lord of the Jin Kingdom dispatched an assassin named Jili Gulu to infiltrate Lin'an, plotting to assassinate the industrious General (played by Ren Quan) during the "One Heart for the World" cultural performance in Lin'an City. The duo discovered that on the day of the show, there would be a dancing panda performing, having been transported from Wolong, and they devised a plan to impersonate the courier and kidnap the giant panda to get close to the general.
