Clark (Matthew Broderick, "Ferris Bueller's Day Off") is a freshman at the New York Film Academy, but before he can enjoy college life, he gets robbed of his luggage and all his belongings. Just when he is at his wit's end, he unexpectedly encounters the thug who stole his possessions. To make up for Clark's losses, the thug introduces him to his uncle Sabatini (Oscar winner Marlon Brando, "Apocalypse Now"), hoping he can help Clark get a job. Although Sabatini's "import business" is highly questionable, he later becomes a mentor to Clark, teaching him many valuable life lessons. Marlon Brando takes a comedic approach in this film, contrasting sharply with his iconic role as the Godfather in "The Godfather."
