The tomboy Zhang Hui (played by Zhou Xun) has had a crush on her classmate, the goofy and nerdy Gong Zhiqiang (played by Huang Xiaoming), since university. Unfortunately, Gong Zhiqiang always treats her like one of the guys and insists on staying single until he is successful in his career, leaving Zhang Hui to silently wait. During a business trip, Zhiqiang encounters the soft-spoken Taiwanese girl Peipei (played by Sui Tang), and under her charming advances, he surrenders. Sparks fly between the two, and when Zhang Hui learns of the situation, she is severely impacted. Luckily, her best friend, the self-proclaimed "Queen of Spoiling" Ruan Mei (played by Xie Yilin), comes to the rescue, bringing in the strongest team of charmers south of the Yangtze River to train Zhang Hui to become a master of charm and win back her true love. A fierce battle for the heartthrob is inevitable; who will ultimately emerge victorious? This film is adapted from the bestselling emotional book "The Best of a Spoiled Woman" by Romanfu.
