Heathers is a girl gang at school, where Veronica (Winona Ryder) and several other members follow their leader, Heather (Shannen Doherty), to bully classmates and alleviate the boredom of school life. Soon, Veronica's attention is drawn to the cynical and reckless handsome boy Jason Dean (Christian Slater), leading to a gradual psychological distancing from Heather and quickly escalating to a breaking point. Jason helps Veronica design a way to deal with Heather, but it unexpectedly results in her death. The two fabricate a suicide cover-up for Heather and surprisingly get away with it. After their first murder, the couple spirals out of control, continuing to commit crimes using the same method, and Jason's destructive nature becomes increasingly pronounced, gradually posing a threat to Veronica as well…
