Ka-Sing (played by Lam Siu-Ming) is 46 years old and still not married. His childhood girlfriend Lai-Chuen (played by Wu Yongwei) demands to end their relationship. The reason they haven't reached a conclusion over the years is that Ka-Sing is a homosexual. Ka-Sing has a boyfriend, Sonny (played by Chan Siu-Chun), but Sonny is very much into the vanity that the nightlife brings him, which makes Ka-Sing feel incredibly insecure while his feelings for Sonny grow deeper. Ka-Sing's gay friend Yong-Lit dies of AIDS, and Ka-Sing tries to stop Yong-Lit's boyfriend (played by Ng Chun-Yu) from appearing at the funeral, but Sonny messes things up, leading to Ka-Sing breaking up with Sonny. However, Ka-Sing's complicated emotional world does not get resolved this way...
