The film completely subverts the classic “contract between God and man” in the original "Ten Commandments," weaving together 10 independent yet interrelated humorous short stories. The narrator, present throughout, recounts these ten astonishing tales to the audience in a sarcastic tone: a parachutist who forgets his backpack miraculously survives and suddenly becomes a television star; an old maiden who dedicates her virginity to Jesus; a mother who does not tell her son who his biological father is; a doctor who jokes with patients' lives, only to be imprisoned in the next chapter, suffering sexual abuse but considered a regular occurrence… The narrator maintains an outsider's perspective while telling these absurd stories until his own “adultery” story unfolds.
