This film is based on the diary of former Canadian Prime Minister Mackenzie King. It is shot with Super 8 and 16mm cameras, incorporating quotes from real-world figures and creating a nostalgic atmosphere with a multitude of scenes and animations. It subtly addresses various topics such as drag, threesomes, shoe fetishism, race, and debauchery, exposing the chauvinistic colonial attitudes that laid the foundations of Canada, while also creating an absurd and bizarre fictional love story that ends tragically.
