Xiang Shaolong (played by Zhang Jiahui) is a realtor who, when proposing to his long-time girlfriend, finds that she is dissatisfied with the small size of the marriage apartment he offers. She claims that they cannot get married unless they buy a luxury home. Determined to marry the woman he loves, the financially struggling Xiang Shaolong racks his brains but cannot find a solution to the problem. At this critical moment, a luxurious villa named "No Equal Under Heaven" goes on sale at a low price. With his keen professional intuition, Xiang Shaolong discovers this business opportunity. He enlists Jin Feng (played by Zheng Xiuwen), A Hei (played by Yang Ying), and Wa Li (played by Ou Hao) to share the mortgage, and they buy the villa, hoping to sell it at a profit once the price rises.
