The righteous and honest Zhang Qing (played by Sang Weilin) is framed for the crimes of the gang leader, Leopard Brother (played by Zhang Dehui), and bears the unjust punishment for his offenses. When Zhang's father learns that his only son is imprisoned, he sells off all his assets to rescue Zhang Qing, ultimately succumbing to grief himself.
