"Dragon Reloaded" is produced and invested by Emperor Multimedia Group (EMG), with a production budget of 300 million HKD, setting a record in Hong Kong cinema. Legend has it that whoever obtains the power of the "Rebirth Dragon Seal" will transform into an immortal after death. The mastermind of an international human trafficking group, "Snake Demon," wants to kidnap a mysterious Chinese child, Jai. His subordinate Lis (played by Anthony Wong) clashes twice with Hong Kong special police officer Adi (played by Jackie Chan), ultimately kidnapping Jai. Adi goes to Ireland to pursue Lis and, with the help of his ex-girlfriend Nika (played by Claire Forlani), teams up again in the UK with Hudson (played by Lee Evans). Upon discovering Lis's cargo ship arriving at the dock, a fierce battle ensues, during which someone sacrifices themselves to save Jai but ends up drowning. The iron seal on Jai causes another Adi to emerge, possessing the ability to heal wounds instantly and extraordinary physical abilities. However, the "Snake Demon" kidnaps Jai again and seizes his "Dragon Seal," gaining the rebirth power that surpasses Adi's abilities...
