Fang Shiyu (Xiao Hou) has a feud with the skilled martial artist from the Qing Dynasty (Liu Jiaqiang). To avoid conflict, his mother, Miao Cuihua (Li Lili), secretly brings Fang to Shaolin Temple, asking Master San De (Liu Jiahui) to accept him as a lay disciple.
