During the Kangxi period, four righteous men known as the "Four Overlords of the South" gathered in the notorious Tiger Village of Yangzhou: He Tianbao, Pu Tiandiao (played by Zhang Xucheng), Wu Tianqiu (played by Song Wenhua), and Huang Tianba (played by Wang Qun).
