Feng and Pan are female police officers in Hong Kong, and their friendship is very strong. The mistress of gang leader Long Xiaotian serves as a police witness, and Pan and Feng are assigned to protect her. Long sends male and female killers to take out Wen; the male killer is killed by Feng, while the female killer uses seduction to get close to Feng's husband, manipulating him to arrange a meeting with Feng, putting her in danger. Fortunately, Pan rescues her. Long's foster father once attempted to kill Wen. When she learns about her foster father's situation, to repay his kindness for raising her and to prevent him from taking risks, she resolutely resigns from her job and breaks up with her boyfriend, taking on the task of silencing Wen in her father's place. After killing Wen, Pan returns home to find Zeng still under Long's threat. She confronts Long in a final battle, resulting in both of their deaths. When Feng arrives at Long's lair, Pan is already on the brink of death; before dying, she reveals her struggles to Feng.
