Sha Zhan Mai Zhan Hua killed a notorious criminal Ah Hu during a kidnapping. His brother Ah Long had just been released from prison in the United States and, upon learning of his brother's death, vowed to take revenge. Hua's sister and younger brother are both law enforcement officers in the U.S., and due to their conflicts with Long, the whole family was brutally murdered, with Ba fortunately escaping. Long fled to Hong Kong to collaborate with the Viet gang for revenge, first gang-raping Hua's wife and then hunting Ba down, leading to an explosive battle about to unfold.
