Chang Jian was a drug lord in Hong Kong who hastily fled to Thailand to escape capture by the police team led by Xiao Hong and Ida, leaving his mistress Carry behind in Hong Kong. Years later, Chang Jian returned to Hong Kong under the identity of a Chinese expatriate named Sha Hua, while Carry had married Police Superintendent Jin Zhiyuan.
