Jimmy Bobo (played by Sylvester Stallone) is a hitman entangled in the underworld, adhering to a principle of not killing women and children. Together with his partner of six years, Louis Blanchard (played by Jon Seda), he sends one scum after another to hell. During an assassination attempt on the corrupt cop Greely, Jimmy's conscience is stirred, and he takes the risk of letting a woman go. Shortly after, Louis is killed in a bar altercation. The police trace Jimmy through the woman's testimony and Louis's identity. Agent Taylor Kwon (played by Jung Ji-hoon) attempts to contact Jimmy, only to be attacked by a group of unidentified assailants. Injured by gunfire and accidentally killing a police officer, Taylor receives assistance from Jimmy, forcing these two men from opposite sides of the law to unite.
