"Hong Xuezhi's Campaign Against Bandits in Heihe" tells the story of Hong Xuezhi, commander of the Heilongjiang Military Region, who was tasked with a critical mission on the eve of liberation, penetrating deep into the tiger's den to eliminate the bandits and mountain thieves that had taken refuge in the Heihe area of Heilongjiang.
