LAPD officer Tom Ridgley (Keanu Reeves) is known for his aggressive and bold style, often resorting to violence against suspects alongside his teammates, disregarding police regulations. With the support of Captain Jack Ward (Forest Whitaker), Tom continues his wayward behavior without concern.
