Two corrupt police officers injure a passerby, Madison Taylor. The corrupt officers used their service weapons during the shooting, and the bullet remains lodged in Madison Taylor's body. After Madison Taylor is taken to a trauma center for treatment, the two corrupt officers become panicked and look to retrieve the bullet to eliminate the evidence. Thus, the corrupt officers use their police identity as a cover to search for Madison Taylor in the trauma center. Naturally, Madison Taylor does not sit idly by and fights back against the corrupt officers in the trauma center, seeking opportunities to resist and save herself...
