Interpol agent Long Zhiqiang (played by Sammo Hung) is targeted for revenge by a criminal organization led by "Madame Rose" after he uncovers a criminal transaction worth over 100 million yuan. They murder his family and abduct his daughter Xiaofeng. Long Zhiqiang narrowly escapes and is convinced that his daughter is still alive. Xiaofeng (played by Wai Ying Hung) is brainwashed by Madame Rose and trained to become a super assassin. Fifteen years later, Xiaofeng debuts and goes on a killing spree with her fellow disciples in the underworld. Due to Xiaofeng's exceptional martial skills, she completes her missions successfully, prompting Madame Rose to expand the criminal organization with tasks spanning across the globe. During one mission, Xiaofeng gets injured after sparing a life. A genetic test reveals that Xiaofeng's DNA matches that of Long Zhiqiang's missing daughter.
