Dolph Lundgren stars in this second film, where he plays a Soviet officer tasked with assassinating a Black independence movement leader. He pretends to protect a captured Black person to help them escape and then infiltrates the Black organization. However, the Black leader is wary of him, and the assassination fails. He escapes but faces persecution and torture from high-ranking Soviet officials upon his return. Ultimately, he escapes with the help of a Black member of a minority group, deeply moved by the Black community.
