On a stormy night, a plane crashes in the ocean, plunging into the vast depths... In the crystal-clear waters and blue skies of the Bahamas, unemployed diver Jared (Paul Walker) and his girlfriend Sam (Jessica Alba) are preparing to search for treasure in a sunken ship. However, their old boat and the pressure from rival Bates make it difficult for them to succeed.
