The Huang family is a family of police officers, with Huang Erniu, one son, and four daughters all serving in the police force. Although father Huang Erniu died in the line of duty, the remaining children continue to serve in the Royal Hong Kong Police under the leadership of Grandma Huang. Daughter-in-law Gao Liping (played by Gao Lihong) is also a senior police officer. Due to various factors, including work and personal feelings, the Huang daughters are often dissatisfied with Gao, causing her to suffer unfair treatment. Gao's husband, son Hui (played by Leung Ka-fai), is also caught in the middle. However, Grandma Huang is very fond of Gao and hopes she can continue the Huang family line. The police received news that a group of Vietnamese gangsters planned to rob the Grand World Nightclub, setting a trap with Huang and his wife as commanders.
