The mastermind behind the organ trafficking group, Hong Wengang (played by Louis Koo), suffers from a severe heart condition and, in order to live, even plans to take the heart of his younger brother, Hong Wenbiao (played by Joseph Chang). In order to complete his undercover mission, Zhi Jie (played by Wu Jing), who becomes addicted to drugs, accompanies his boss to the dock to abduct Hong Wenbiao, who is trying to escape.
