This is a typical Hollywood spy movie. Skydiving instructor Ditch (Charlie Sheen) encounters the beautiful Chris, who is a student in his skydiving training class. Ditch is attracted to her. However, during a skydiving training session, Chris jumps from a great height, but her parachute fails to open, and she falls to her death! After an accident investigation, the authorities believe that the incident was due to Ditch's negligence. Shocked, Ditch senses that this accident is more than it seems, so he begins to investigate on his own. Throughout his investigation, Ditch discovers various signs indicating that Chris is not actually dead; her true identity is that of a KGB agent sent to the U.S. on a mission. Ditch realizes that he has fallen deeply in love with Chris, which leads him into an international spy war!
