Suo Gu Xie is an informant for the police and has provided a lot of valuable intelligence. One day, he mysteriously dies in Malaysia. Huang Wei Bang (played by Li Zi Xiong) is a detective in the major crimes unit, known for his precise shooting skills, but he is unable to perform his duties due to a hand injury and is preparing to resign.
