Batman (Michael Keaton) is back! After defeating the Joker, Gotham City enjoyed a brief moment of peace. However, another powerful adversary has emerged! The Penguin, being the second son, was abandoned by his parents at a young age and left with a disability, leading him to harbor resentment against society. As he grew up, the Penguin was determined to return to Gotham City, kill all the firstborns in the city, and take control of Gotham.
