Ah Mei (played by Ye Qianwen) is the daughter of the ship king, about to marry Danny, the son of a shipping tycoon who is a good match for her. In an accident, Ah Mei is involved in a car crash that also affects passing by Ah Qiang (played by Zheng Haonan) and his girlfriend Ah Lu, bringing them bad luck.
