Nine-Dragon (played by Ekin Cheng) was once a legendary figure in the underworld but was betrayed and captured in Thailand. Years later, he returns to Hong Kong and works as a waiter at "Kowloon Ice Room," planning to disappear from the underworld. Unexpectedly, a 6-year-old boy calls him "Dad," and it turns out that this boy, named Chiu Lung, is the son of his ex-girlfriend Helen (played by Karen Mok), who gave birth to him after he left for Thailand. To ensure his girlfriend's safety, Nine-Dragon had heartlessly disappeared.
