They act for justice and are renowned in the martial realm. One day, a master named Hong Wei, known for his incredible Whirlwind Sword, arrives outside the fortress. The first and second chieftains are impressed by Hong's martial prowess and become sworn brothers, vowing that if they break their oath, they will perish under five thunders. At this moment, the Black Tiger Hall from the underworld of martial arts launches a large-scale attack on Feilong Fortress's various branches. Lin, enraged, leads his troops to assist, leaving Hong and Zhu to guard the main fortress. After Lin and the others leave, Hong seizes control of Long Qian. Originally a henchman of the Black Tiger Hall, Hong kills the main hall leader, declares himself independent, and spreads rumors that prevent Jie and Zhu from establishing themselves in the martial world.
