Ma Yue's pregnant wife, Lily, is preparing for a prenatal check-up. At that moment, a group of kidnappers quietly abducts Lily. Just as she is halfway through a call to Ma Yue, the line goes dead. Smart Lily manages to remove the location watch that Ma Yue gave her and hides it in her clothes before the kidnappers can fully control her. Ma Yue realizes something has happened to Lily and quickly informs Long Wei and Lu Dashan. They track the kidnappers' route through Lily's watch and urgently follow. To their surprise, they end up at a house where they fall into a trap. It turns out that the kidnapper leader, Liu Feilong, has discovered Lily's watch, and they have already moved Lily to another location, laying a trap for Blood Wolf. Outside the country, Hei Hu meets in secret with Hunter, a special envoy sent by the international terrorist organization coded GM. It turns out that he has been a member of the organization for a long time. At this moment, a video of large-scale protests in Tengguo is playing on a big screen. The people of Tengguo are deeply opposed to the current government's policies and express their longing for the former president, Duodakun'en. Yata takes this opportunity to deliver a televised speech, calling for the public to unite against tyranny, further intensifying the situation. The Tengguo regime is on the brink of collapse. Hunter expresses the organization's collaboration with Hei Hu: the current president of Tengguo has had ambitions for power for a long time and cooperation is becoming increasingly difficult. He hopes Hei Hu can turn the tide and become the new leader of Tengguo. When Hei Hu removes his mask, it is revealed that he is actually the former president, Duodakun'en. In fact, the real President Kun'en was secretly arrested and placed under house arrest by Hunter's organization before he stepped down. The down-declaration issued at that time was actually fabricated by Hei Hu posing as Kun'en. Now, using the same tactic, once Hei Hu "regains power," he can immediately pacify the public, while the Tengguo regime will be completely controlled by the international terrorist organization, granting Hei Hu immense power and wealth. Hunter brings a capable armed force to Hei Hu, led by the leaders Fangya and Shui She, with Fangya also having another identity: the chief bodyguard of former president Duodakun'en. In Tengguo, Yata has taken to public action once again. She holds a press conference, representing the people to criticize the current government's various misdeeds. Among the crowd, Fangya, disguised as a journalist, catches Yata's attention and privately tells her that Mr. Kun'en has already been rescued and wants to see her immediately. Unaware that this is a trap, Yata hastily follows Fangya. She finally meets her long-thought-of father, Kun'en (actually Hei Hu). Hei Hu fabricates a set of lies to gain Yata's trust, telling her that he has decided to regain power and wants her to召集 the key military and political officials in Tengguo who support him for a secret meeting. Yata believes him completely and immediately begins contacting these secret supporters of the former president Kun'en. Hei Hu's conspiracy unfolds successfully! Long Wei and his companions continue to track Lily and arrive at a small fishing village. Shui She threatens the three of them with Lily's life, demanding they lay down their weapons and surrender. Distraught and terrified, Lily begs Ma Yue not to care about her, but Ma Yue grits his teeth and puts down his weapon. He cannot abandon his pregnant lover, even if it means dying together! He urges Long Wei and Lu Dashan to leave quickly, but Long Wei also lays down his weapon alongside him. Lu Dashan follows suit but is kicked into the water by Long Wei. Lu Dashan understands the Wolf King's intention and, with tears in his eyes, leaves. Fangya informs Hei Hu of the capture of Long Wei and Lu Dashan, and Hei Hu is greatly excited. He instructs Shui She to obtain an important political capital before killing Long Wei and Lu Dashan to use as a "gift" for cooperation with a major power once they are in power. During a meeting banquet between Yata and military and political officials supporting President Kun'en and "father," Yata becomes suspicious of "father's" mushroom-eating behavior, as the real President Kun'en is allergic to mushrooms. She suddenly realizes that her impersonating father might be Hei Hu, so she secretly takes away the tableware used by Hei Hu and goes to the hospital for a DNA test. When Long Wei is interrogated, he reveals nothing and speaks about Shui She's background. It turns out that Shui She's family was secretly persecuted by Hei Hu, yet Shui She identifies with the wrong father and, taking the opportunity, truly serves Hei Hu, escaping from the room where he was held. At this moment, Yata receives a phone call from Lu Dachuan at the hospital, and she successfully reunites with Lu Dashan. They gear up with weapons and equipment and head to the place where Long Wei and Ma Yue are held, rescuing the two and Lily. Fangya tracks Yata to the fishing village where a battle ensues. Shui She is shot dead by Fangya, but before dying, he reveals that the real former president is imprisoned in a secret prison in Tengguo. The three of them, along with Yata, infiltrate the secret prison in Tengguo based on the clues provided by Shui She. After a fierce battle, they rescue the real President Kun'en, just as Hei Hu is about to announce his coup. Faced with his conspiracy being exposed, a furious Hei Hu orders Fangya to pull out his gun and kill the real President Kun'en, but he accidentally hits Yata, who was protecting her father. Seizing the moment of chaos, Hei Hu attempts to flee the TV station building. However, because Hei Hu's identity is exposed, the GM organization sends assassins to eliminate him. In the ensuing battle, Fangya is killed, but Hei Hu narrowly escapes. Panicking, Hei Hu runs to an intersection, only to be hit by a car from the GM organization chasing him, resulting in an accident. Surviving by a stroke of luck, Hei Hu lies on the ground feeling fortunate but looks up to see Long Wei, Ma Yue, and Lu Dashan before him, and a shot rings out, ending his life. In the hospital room, the real President Kun'en sits up in bed watching television. In the news, he is revealing a political conspiracy from three years ago and announcing his return to politics amidst the cheers of his supporters. Yata lies unconscious in the hospital bed, and on the bedside table is a bouquet of flowers, among which is a card with a wolf's head printed on it.
