A coup has occurred in the Republic of Evia in the Middle East, with armed conflicts escalating continuously. The naval frigate Linyi, recently returned from completing a hostage rescue mission in Somalia, is tasked with a evacuation operation in Evia. Captain Gao Yun (played by Zhang Hanyu) sends the Jiaolong Commando, led by Yang Rui (played by Zhang Yi), to land in the war zone and ensure the safe evacuation of Chinese nationals. However, the terrorist organization Zaka forces the evacuation team into a combat zone, leading to inevitable intense fighting. Meanwhile, a French-Chinese journalist, Xia Nan (played by Hai Qing), is in Evia investigating Dr. William Berson's trafficking of nuclear materials, while Zaka launches a raid on Berson's company, intending to seize the nuclear materials. In the chaos, a Chinese employee from Berson's company becomes a hostage. To rescue this hostage, the eight Jiaolong team members must infiltrate a gathering point of 150 terrorists, forging a monument to the indomitable spirit of Chinese soldiers with their faith and blood!
