Black Panther (played by Danny Lee) is a well-known thief in the industry; there is nothing he cannot obtain. One day, government official Mr. Huang (played by Wong Ching Sang) approaches Black Panther and commissions him to steal a silver box to test the strength of a newly installed security system.
