A series of dismemberment cases occurs in Hong Kong, with all victims being young women whose lower limbs have been severed. The pervert (played by Cheng Ho-nam) has a foot fetish and evades justice, kidnapping and sexually assaulting young women before amputating their lower limbs to keep as trophies. Female police officer (played by Leung Cheng) and her boyfriend who is also a police officer (played by Xie Tianhua) are troubled by the dismemberment cases. During a bodyguard mission, the pervert encounters the female officer, becomes infatuated, and follows her home, hiding day and night around her. The female officer's biological sister, flight attendant Kelly (played by Yoshimoto Miho), unexpectedly meets the pervert and is taken away. The pervert uses her sister to blackmail the female officer. Can the female officer save her sister and bring the pervert to justice?
