No one expected the masculine director Chang Cheh to direct a musical film! The star singer Diamond Pan (Lin Chong), the owner of Adam's Nightclub, was a jewel thief ten years ago, but has since turned over a new leaf. However, recently someone has been using his trademark "red carnation" to commit robbery. Inspector Bao (Mei Xin) suspects Pan is involved again and invites wealthy girl Da Ling (He Li Li) to help capture him. Under Da Ling's suspicion, Pan works hard to clear his name. Ultimately, at the garden party, Diamond Pan finally apprehends the imposter who came to rob him, and the true identity of the robber is a great surprise to Pan.
