Antoine (Laurent Lafitte) is a high-ranking executive at a television station, characterized by his sycophancy towards superiors, sharp remarks towards subordinates, and deceit towards the board, which has earned him a bad reputation within the company. Although Antoine is gentle and gracious to his wife, Solange, he is unfaithful, using work as leverage to engage in inappropriate relationships with colleagues. Due to Antoine's malicious behavior causing dissatisfaction among employees, a former employee he unjustly fired storms into his office and shoots him. When Antoine wakes up in the hospital, his life is completely turned upside down. His wife Solange is with the man who shot him, leaving him abandoned, confused, and in pain. He is no longer an executive but a mere weather reporter, having lost his leadership position. Desperate, Antoine is taken by a friend to an underground boxing arena. This place gathers middle-aged men who are frustrated at work, where they seek dignity and rebuild their confidence through boxing.
